General Fabrication Duties:
Interpret drawings and sketches to produce Australian radio tower and customer products to AS1554.1 standards.
Fabricate Australian Radio Tower steel products to specification.
Complete all quality assurance documentation.
Ensure equipment is serviced and maintained to a high standard.
Assist other fabricators as needed to support work activities.
Coach and train less experienced welders.
Key Requirements:
A strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.
Trade-qualified Boilermaker / First Class Welder.
Proficient in GMAW, MMAW, and GTAW welding techniques.
Experience in interpreting engineering drawings and welding symbols.
Familiarity with AS1554.1 standards and quality assurance documentation.
Strong background in fabricating and welding steel products in similar industries.
