This women's fashion Ecommerce brand is looking for someone to run the studio and take ownership of the styling and shoot process. From prepping stock to directing on set and reviewing final images - you'll make sure every asset is on-brand, on time, and built to convert.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume Ecommerce setup where content output directly impacts sales. You'll be responsible for delivering everything from PDP imagery to campaign and social shoots, working closely with the digital and marketing teams to make sure the content you produce doesn't just look good - it performs.
Responsibilities:
* Style and direct all Ecommerce, campaign, and social content (model, flat lay, ghost mannequin)
* Take ownership of the styling and shoot process - from prep and logistics through to execution and post-shoot feedback
* Manage shoot logistics: product flow, styling prep, set coordination, shot lists, and timelines
* Lead shoot day execution and image selection to ensure output is commercially strong
* Coordinate with external shoot talent (models, HMUAs, photographers) and internal teams
* Feed back on retouching and editing to align with brand and conversion standards
* Keep the studio environment running smoothly - organised, efficient, and ready to scale
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years in an Ecommerce or fashion studio environment, ideally with shoot ownership
* Strong styling ability and confidence leading model and product shoots
* Hands-on understanding of what makes Ecommerce imagery convert - especially for PDPs
* Detail-focused across everything from styling consistency to lighting and file naming
* Calm under pressure, comfortable managing deadlines, schedules and shifting priorities
* Collaborative mindset - you'll work closely with content, digital, and marketing leads
* Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders
