About The Role
As Administration Officer in the Compliance Branch, you will be responsible for providing administrative, systems, records management and business improvement support to the branch in the administration of development applications and related matters. You will need to exercise sound judgement, initiative, adaptability, confidentiality and sensitivity.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Perform administrative duties under limited direction, maintaining confidentiality at all timesDeal with customer enquiries requiring liaison and research Prepare correspondence and other documents including business process improvements using sound judgement and initiativeArrange regular branch audit reports, inspections and appointments for technical staff where required, including meeting co-ordination, training and development activities and other functions

This is a 12-month fixed term role with an opportunity to become a permanent role. Salary commences at $76,541 plus 12.5% superannuation.
