As a Tradesperson – Electrical Instrumentation, you'll be part of a tight-knit crew at Evolution Mining's Cowal site, reporting directly to the Electrical Supervisor.
This isn't just another maintenance gig; you will be working across a diverse gold processing operation with exposure to instrumentation and electrical systems.You'll be responsible for:Maintaining and calibrating equipment like Vega density gauges, Yokogawa pressure sensors, and Siemens PLCsDiagnosing faults and responding to breakdowns across the processing plantLeading shutdown activities and mentoring apprentices when neededWhat sets this role apart?

You're a hands-on technician who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
With at least 3 years experience in heavy industry or mining, you're confident working with high-voltage systems, instrumentation, and fault diagnostics.
You take pride in doing things safely, efficiently, and with ingenuity.Your toolkit includes:NSW Electrical Licence, Cert III/IV in InstrumentationExperience with Pronto, Siemens PLCs, and interpreting technical diagramsEEHA, HV Switching, and high-risk work licences (EWP/Forklift), along with confined space certification, are not prerequisites for this role.We are committed to supporting your development and will provide training to help you obtain these qualifications.What motivates you?
