Our client is a premium coffee grower-roaster based on the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland. They operate a dedicated estate growing fine-flavour Arabica beans, manage the full \"plantation to cup\" journey and export into high-end local and international markets. With a deep commitment to sustainability, quality and provenance, they are seeking a Farm Manager who shares their passion for creating distinguished coffee and leading a next-generation farming operation.
The Role
To oversee and optimise all aspects of the estate's coffee production cycle—from planting and crop management through to harvest and post-harvest processing—ensuring exceptional quality and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of coffee cultivation, from nursery/planting through to harvesting and processing.
Manage and maintain plantation infrastructure (irrigation, fertilisation, spraying, harvesting equipment) to support productivity and quality.
Implement and maintain best-practice agronomy, pest & disease management, soil health and sustainability protocols.
Comply with all relevant legislation, workplace health & safety, environmental regulations and quality assurance standards.
About You
You are a driven agribusiness professional with hands-on experience in commercial crop production or specialty horticulture/farming and the ability to run a regional operation.
