The Role: The Sales & Marketing Manager for Merino Wool is a new, high-impact opportunity for a sales leader who thrives on building markets and driving growth. Tasked with managing key accounts, leading a team, and expanding business in Merino wool textiles, the Sales & Marketing Manager will be critical in hitting a 20% growth target within two years. Working closely with the Executive Team, this role requires sharp market instincts, a strong customer focus, and the ability to close deals. The Company: A global leader in high-performance textiles is searching for a Sales & Marketing Manager for Merino Wool. Operating a cutting-edge facility in Nam Dinh, Vietnam, the company boasts over 60 circular knitting machines and 16 dyeing machines, producing more than 400,000 meters of fabric each month. With ISO 9000 accreditation and Bluesign System Partner status, this powerhouse is committed to sustainability, innovation, and premium quality in Merino wool textiles. What You’ll Do: Lead & Inspire – Manage the sales & marketing team, driving high performance and collaboration. Own the Market – Strengthen relationships with existing clients while hunting down new business opportunities in Merino wool textiles. Set the Strategy – Develop and execute sales plans, marketing strategies, and pricing models to stay ahead of the competition. Stay Sharp – Keep a pulse on market trends, customer demands, and competitor moves to fine-tune strategies. Go Global – Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand the brand’s reach. Be Agile – Travel internationally to head office and customer locations, driving results on the ground.
