With operations spanning three continents, they’re scaling fast and seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their In Store Systems Engineering Team. You’ll play a key role in building the software that powers in store audio hardware, APIs and connected systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build & manage Golang components for in-store devices and media players
* Develop scalable APIs communicating with Python core services
* Refactor and improve device reliability and rollout processes
* Enhance CI/CD pipelines (Buildkite / GitHub Actions) and AWS infrastructure
* Collaborate with Platform and Ops teams on monitoring and deployment
* Participate in code reviews, design discussions and technical vision setting
* Contribute to support, incident response, and fleet management
What You Bring
* Strong knowledge of Golang (and/or Python) in a production environment
* Deep understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, and CI/CD
* Experience with AWS (S3, ECS, Route53, Cloudfront) & Terraform
* Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog or similar)
* Ability to collaborate across time zones and work autonomously
* Full unrestricted Australian work rights
* Experience working with hardware, embedded systems, or IoT devices (Nice to have)
