We're on the lookout for a Retail Professional to join our Brisbane Factory Outlet on a PART‑TIME basis. This is a permanent part‑time role requiring a minimum of 21 hours per week on select weekdays and weekend days. Responsibilities
* Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, and take ownership of them, using all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
* Execute Brand Customer Service standards to exceed customers' expectations.
* Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards.
* Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, replenishing fixtures to ensure the full product range is on the sales floor.
* Represent the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements
Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Working Hours
Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in your application.
