Role overview You lead strategy, shape campaigns, and keep performance on track across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms. You act as the senior contact for clients and keep work flowing across internal teams.
Key tasks
* Build and run paid media strategies across search, social, and programmatic
* Manage client relationships and act as the senior lead on accounts
* Oversee campaign builds, tuning, pacing, and reporting
* Turn client goals into plans with clear KPIs
* Work with internal specialists and external partners to keep delivery sharp
* Produce clear reports and point out growth options
* Track market shifts and spot new ideas for account improvement
* Support pitch work and new business activity
What you bring
* 6 to 7+ years in paid media within an agency or high growth setup
* Strong skill across Search and Social Ads
* Good grasp of programmatic, with The Trade Desk as a plus
* Solid record of leading accounts and meeting performance targets
* Strong analytical skill in tools like GA4 and Looker Studio
* Clear communication in calls, decks, and client presentations
* Experience guiding junior staff and handling team workflows
