Job Description
As a BDM, you will be responsible for driving growth with wholesalers and electrical contractors, building strong customer relationships, and executing a well-planned call cycle. You will work in Northern NSW, managing and growing a large regional territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales of LV electrical consumables to wholesalers and contractors.
* Manage and grow a large regional territory across Northern NSW.
* Build relationships and maximise product visibility with key accounts.
* Plan your own call cycle and proactively identify sales opportunities.
* Provide product knowledge, support, and on-site engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Solid electrical experience is essential, preferably with existing wholesaler or contractor networks. You should also have the ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory. Self-motivation, planning, and autonomous work capability are crucial, as well as confident communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales budgets and targets. Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce is highly beneficial.
