What you'll be doing
You'll be driving growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities through inbound enquiries, outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and confidently guide them through the sales process from first contact to close. Along the way, you'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and stay across market trends to spot new opportunities.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a motivated, resilient and relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You'll bring strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to generating opportunities, and the confidence to convert leads into long-term customers. Sales experience is essential, and exposure to industrial, construction or safety products will be highly regarded.
