We are partnering with a well‐established and highly regarded South Australian law firm to recruit an experienced Legal Assistant / Legal Administrator to support a busy Family Law practice.

This role is ideal for a capable legal support professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in high‐quality work, and values being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

About the role

* Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
* Diary management and coordination
* File management, including electronic filing and document control
* Liaising with clients and providing high‐quality administrative support
* Assisting with billing and general practice administration
* Working collaboratively within the team and providing reception cover when required

About you

* Previous experience in legal administration within family law
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and pride in accurate document production
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, professional, and "can‐do" approach
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Experience using a legal practice management system (e.g. Affinity or similar)
