Keith and District Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to provide professional reception and clerical support in a key front-line role. About the Role As the first point of contact for patients, families, staff, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality administrative and customer service standards. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, managing correspondence, supporting clinical and management teams, and maintaining records and scheduling systems. Key Duties Provide high-level reception and administrative support Prepare and distribute documents, agendas, and meeting minutes Assist with bookings, data entry, records management, and invoicing Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications Support FOI and compliance-related tasks About You You’re an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and sound knowledge of office systems and administration. You’re confident working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
