We are seeking a self-motivated and technically skilled leader who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. In this role, you will:
* Lead and support a team of contract technicians
* Provide technical support to retailers, service agents, project teams, and end users
* Manage spare parts inventory and stock control
* Deliver technical product training as needed
* Ensure responsive and high-quality service delivery across all stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* A strong technical background in HVAC and/or hydronic systems
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* A natural ability to build rapport with internal teams and customers
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-up and attention to detail
* A restricted electrical licence (preferred but not essential)
