Support Coordinator (NDIS)
Location: Sawtell, NSW
Hours: Currently 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours per day)

What you'll be doing:
* Supporting participants to understand and use their NDIS plans
* Coordinating a range of services, including for complex clients
* Advocating, problem-solving and building capacity
* Juggling a busy workload with care and professionalism
* Empowering participants to grow their skills and independence
* Maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates
* Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
What we're looking for:
* Two years' experience as a Support Coordinator preferred
* Background in disability, mental health, community, social work or similar
* Confidence with complex caseloads and time management
* Empathy, resilience and strong advocacy skills
* NDIS knowledge
* WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, driver's licence, police check
* Ability to work independently or part of a team
* Good working knowledge across a range of client ages
* Knowledge and understanding of ASD and other comorbidities
* Knowledge of local, mainstream and NDIS service providers

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
