About You
* 2+ years in a phone-based customer support role.
* Telco or IT experience highly regarded.
* Level 2 support experience preferred.
* Confident communicating technical issues in straightforward terms.
* Solid customer focus and problem-solving skills.
The Role
* Handle customer support enquiries across phone and digital channels.
* Manage customer activations and online orders.
* Troubleshoot service issues and own escalations end-to-end.
* Provide Level 2 support for complex queries.
* Assist with fraud prevention, audits, and compliance.
* Support and coach Level 1 team members.
* Contribute to training and process improvement.
