ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships and delivering sales outcomes. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting suitable solutions and converting opportunities into profitable projects while maintaining a high level of customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships
· Achieve individual and team sales targets
Client Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process
· Manage client expectations and ensure a positive customer experience
· Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity in CRM systems
Product & Market Knowledge
· Develop strong knowledge of company products and services
· Stay informed on market trends, competitors and industry changes
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Previous experience in B2B or consultative sales (commercial interiors or office furniture preferred)
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
· self-motivation and proactiveness
· Professionalism, confidence and be approachable
· Strong time management and organisational skills
· A drive to be team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously
