About the role

Carriage Motors /Honda North is seeking a professional and courteous receptionists.

Option 1

Working hours :

Monday & Tuesday 7.30am to 5.30pm

Wednesday 2pm to 8 pm

Saturdays 9am to 1PM( 2 Saturdays per month)

Option 2

Service Hours

Monday, Tuesday & Friday 8.00am to 4pm

Wednesday & Thursday 8am to 12pm

For Service - responsibilities to be discussed at interview.

Main Reception responsibilities

* To ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure all incoming calls are directed to the correct personnel
* To ensure all visitors to the dealership are welcomed in a professional, courteous and friendly manner
* Taking and distributing telephone messages, ensuring that names and contact numbers are correct and forwarded to respective person in a timely manner.
* Complete the phone and net log form and send it off to respective department managers
* Sorting mail and send to the parts department for collection by Couriers.
* Scanning deals and ensuring that they are filed correctly
* Responsible for office supplies inventory, ordering of all office supplies and raising the required Purchase Orders accordingly
* Any other supporting duties for the administration team
* Other duties as directed by management

Must have Permanent Residency and full work rights.

Ability to cover administration assistants when on leave.
