Content Creator - Photography & Videography

This is your opportunity to step into a stable, permanent part time role with a custom builder in Newcastle.
We are seeking an in‑house Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting mix of on-location shoots, creative editing and producing polished, impactful content across construction marketing, events, profiles and brand storytelling.
About the Role, you will be responsible for planning (alongside our team & director), photographing, filming and editing video content across a variety of projects, including:
* Construction Marketing – Creating engaging, entertaining and educational videos
* Business and Team Profiles – Film and edit polished profile content
* End-to-End Production – Manage pre‑production, shooting, editing and final delivery
* Short‑Form & Social Content – Produce high‑quality, on‑brand edits with strong pacing
* Collaboration – Work closely with the office team to maintain brand consistency
The role is hands‑on and varied, offering a balance between multiple shoots and focused editing days.
What You Will Bring
* 2+ years professional videography & photography experience (real estate or commercial ideal but not essential)
* A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality production and storytelling
* Advanced proficiency in video/photo editing related tools
* Strong understanding of lighting, composition and visual pacing
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously
* Drone experience and offshore editing connections a bonus
* Car and driver's licence essential
