Responsibilities
* Support children to explore and discover the world around them.
* Provide pedagogical leadership to ensure the delivery of a contemporary, quality, and diverse educational program based on an approved curriculum framework.
* Promote children's agency, choice, and influence so that programmes meet each child's interests and abilities.
* Lead and support a professional team delivering high quality early childhood education and care.
* Develop partnerships with families and the community.
* Engage in ongoing reflective practice and critical reflection, fostering a positive professional team and organisational culture.

Skills & Experience
* Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood or equivalent), approved by an Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority.
* Current VIT registration.
* Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state-based child safety training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
* Experience in early childhood education.
* Strong organisation and planning skills, with a high attention to detail.
