The Role
As a Boilermaker, you'll play a hands‐on role in fabricating, assembling, and welding structural steel components to meet project specifications. Your work will directly contribute to major builds across Australasia.
Key Responsibilities
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and job cards
* Cut, shape, bend, punch, and weld steel components
* Assemble and join structural steel using welding and bolting methods
* Grind and finish products to specification
* Carry out repairs to structural steel, tanks, and vessels as required
* Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace
* Work collaboratively to meet production schedules
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking) or equivalent
* Proven experience in welding and steel fabrication
* Confidence using hand tools and welding equipment
* Strong knowledge of safe fabrication practices
* A team‐first mindset with solid communication skills
