Duties Contribute to the delivery of improvements to systems, services and processes, including analysis, procurement, communication and general administration.
Undertake research and analysis to support implementation of new initiatives to meet service delivery requirements and prepare the necessary business cases and plans to coordinate the successful delivery of these initiatives. Participate in stakeholder, communication and change management planning, requirements gathering, project reporting, service deployment and support, and perform close of phase/project or post-evaluation reviews, when required. Manage and report on performance against Service Level Agreements (SLA's) between Corporate Services and key clients and undertake a client relationship role for those SLA's. Assist in the development, coordination, implementation and monitoring of business processes, policies, procedures and reporting documentation as required. Provide high level administrative and Secretariat support to the Office of the Deputy Secretary, Office of the Director Corporate Services and the Risk and Audit Committee. This will include monitoring and reporting audit actions and risk registers identified through the Department's internal and external audit functions and writing of briefing papers and Minutes. Provide effective project support for high priority Corporate Services projects as they arise, applying specialised knowledge, flexibility and creativity to accomplish designated tasks. Assist in the development of new operational and administrative procedures to support the implementation of these services. The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level. Desirable Requirements Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or project management experience to a similar level would be an advantage.
