Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Asset Operations to lead and manage the efficient operation of water storage, treatment, and distribution assets.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
* Managing dams and other assets to meet business expectations
* Leading flood and emergency management activities
* Monitoring and reporting on distribution systems operational and financial performance
* Managing a team to deliver OPEX and routine maintenance programs within agreed timeframes and budgets
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in managing water storage, treatment, and distribution infrastructure, as well as tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or business management-based fields. You will also have experience in government or consulting to government.
You will be responsible for developing and leading a customer-focused culture, resolving customer complaints, and designing and delivering project, program, portfolio improvement strategies and programs.
