Customer Service Representative - Welshpool, WA
The Role
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our Chemicals & Agricultural site in Welshpool, Perth WA.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide a broad range of customer service and administrative tasks across the site, focusing on the Receivals & Dispatch process, to enable the best possible customer experience and enable Operations to provide a first-class service.- Ensure tasks are completed in the safest and most efficient manner in line with agreed standards in operational procedures, national strategy and in a manner always assuring regulatory and legislative compliance.- Enter orders into PWMS following customer specific procedures.-
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in logistics & warehousing.- Strong customer service orientation.- Effective time management and self-discipline.- Sound knowledge of DG and non-DG freight handling, products, and legislation, highly advantageous- Operational warehouse experience, knowledge, and ability.- Intermediate to Advanced Excel, highly advantageous
