With an office conveniently in the SE Suburb of Melbourne, they and are now on the lookout for a Service Coordinator to join their team in Mulgrave.
**THE ROLE**:
As a
**Service Coordinator **you will be providing support to the end users of our clients products.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Scheduling technicians for onsite work
- Spare parts selection and ordering
- Follow-up of completed open service orders, concerning faults, repairs and quotations
- Monitor open service orders weekly and work with the responsible technician/department for appropriate action
- Other administrative support as required
**ABOUT YOU**:
- 1-2 years experience as a service coordinator in a similar role
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to manage time, priortiise and multitask
- Enthusiastic, task focused, team player
