We are supporting one of Australias leading renewable energy developers (who have a large, advanced pipeline of wind, solar, BESS and hybrid projects) in hiring a
Contracts & Procurement Manager
to support projects across development and construction phase.
This is an owner-side role with real influence across EPC contracting, supplier negotiations and project execution.

About the
Contracts & Procurement Manager
role:
* Support projects at both post & pre contract phase, playing an integral in the major projects team.
* Lead procurement and tendering for EPC contractors and key suppliers
* Negotiate construction, supply, O&M and long-term service agreements
* Support projects from development, construction through to commercial operations
* Manage variations, claims, EOTs, disputes and contract close-out
* Establish capex control and commercial governance pre-construction
* Manage contract interfaces across multiple packages and contractors
* Work closely with execution, engineering, legal and project teams
Experience required from the
Contracts & Procurement Manager
* Strong experience with EPC and major construction contracts
* Solid understanding of FIDIC-based contract structures
* Background in renewable energy, infrastructure or major projects
* Proven ability to manage commercial risk and maximise project value
* Confident stakeholder manager with a practical, solutions-focused approach
