Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Melbourne.
* Manage and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Make contact with drivers to check on deliveries and liaise with warehouse and operations staff on customer queries.
* Assist with bookings and updating operations, providing support to operations coordinators and assisting with printing labels and collating paperwork for drivers.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Service role, with strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence dealing with customers on the phone.
* Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Effective time management skills and ability to work independently, with a willingness to abide by the Company's COVID-19 Safe Work Plan.
Preferred but Not Essential:
* Previous experience in a Transport Management System and within the Transport Industry.
