Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual who has a passion for food and enjoys working in a team setting to join us as an All Rounder. You won't just stick to one spot — you'll be prepping ingredients, cooking on the grill, serving customers, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly, while learning every role in the store and seeing what it takes to run a busy kebab shop. If you bring the energy, we'll bring the training. Weekend availability is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
* Prepping ingredients, cooking on the grill, serving customers, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
* Learn every role in the store and support daily operations, including inventory and stock management.
* Assist with stock takes, placing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory levels to support daily operations.
* Open to coaching, eager to learn, and motivated to grow your skills.
* Willingness to jump in wherever needed — from the grill to cleaning duties.
Qualifications
* Reliable, fast on your feet, and calm under pressure.
* Friendly, customer-focused, and a true team player. Bring energy, a great attitude, and good vibes to every shift.
* Open to coaching, eager to learn, and motivated to grow your skills.
* Previous kitchen experience or a Certificate in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded, but not essential — attitude and effort are valued equally.
* Experience in customer service is preferred (1 year).
* Work Authorisation: Australia (Required).
* Work Location: In person.
