About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Key Account Manager based in Wollongong.
This role will provide you with a great opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to work with a talented team of professionals in building and enhancing a long-term rewarding career in the HVAC industry.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, planning, and interpersonal skills, playing a key role in supporting business growth and identifying new sales channels and branding opportunities.
* Develop and execute business plans covering sales activities, revenue growth, and expense controls.
* Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
* Builde and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Identify prospective customers and generate leads to expand the business.
* Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs.
* Provide updated sales promotions information to customers.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive advantage.
* Contribute to pricing model development, quotations, and product improvements.
* Maintain an effective filing system.
* Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely sales orders and deliveries.
* Assist our service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
