Qualifications Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent

Wage $48.88-53.70 per hour depending on experience (Inclusive of Worker Retention Payment)

Location Katherine, Northern Territory

Facility One Tree Defence Unit Little Geckos, Tindal NT (located at RAAF Base Tindal, 15 km outside Katherine. The unit caters to Defence families and operates Monday‐Friday 7am‐5:30pm, with weekend activities.)

• Place the needs of children and their community at the centre of practice, while aligning with approved early learning and development frameworks and the National Quality Standards, as well as One Tree's policies and procedures
• Find creative solutions

• Act as the nominated supervisor of the service

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) / Diploma or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Valid Ochre card or ability to obtain one
• Strong leadership skills
• 2‐3 years of previous experience as a Director or Assistant Director
• An unwavering passion for children, their learning and care
• Friendly, flexible, approachable and a team player
• Strong advocacy for children and their inclusion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with peers, families and children
• Be living and eligible to work in Australia

• Relocation allowance up to $3000
• $16.60 per week NT District Allowance
