Competitive salary and benefits
* Salary between $ – $ per fortnight ($62.57 – $73.20 per hour) (Dental Officer Level 1.1–1.3).
* 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with % loading.
* Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%.

About your opportunity
As a Dental Officer, you will provide high-quality oral health services to adult and paediatric patients across Townsville and regional facilities. This includes general dentistry, health promotion, and outreach services to Palm Island and correctional centres. You will work within a supportive team committed to preventative care and improving community oral health outcomes.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in dentistry and current registration with the Dental Board of Australia.
* Consideration may be given to applicants who are enrolled in their final year of a program of study Accredited by the Australian Dental Council and would subsequently qualify to be registered with the Dental Board of Australia as a Dentist. A future appointment may be considered upon providing satisfactory evidence for all mandatory requriements.
* Highly regarded: Ability to perform all aspects of general dentistry within scope of practice.
* Willingness to travel to rural and remote locations as required.
* Compliance with Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) requirements.
* A probationary period may apply.
