Flipside International imports and distributes a range of quality Smart Pet and Smart Kids Products which are ranged and sold in Australia and New Zealand's premium retailers including JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, Telstra, Pet Circle, Harvey Norman and many others. The role is based at our head office in Glynde, Adelaide.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive, hardworking individual with strong communication skills who works well as part of a team.

About the Role

The duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:

· Supporting the sales team with administrative, systems and operational tasks

· Support to the warehouse team with day-to-day operational tasks when required

· Provide responsive and professional customer support, handling enquiries, orders, and issue resolution with a commitment to customer satisfaction

· Supporting internal business systems, software, and applications

· Responsible for the inspection, testing and processing of products for quality assurance and repair as appropriate.

· Strong computer literacy

· Tech confident – comfortable using business systems, apps and learning new applications

· Customer focused – committed to providing helpful and professional customer support

· Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Adaptable and flexible – comfortable switching between tasks and priorities as needed

· Reliable and accountable – takes ownership of tasks and follows through

· Positive Attitude – willing to learn and contribute across different areas of the business
