Flipside International imports and distributes a range of quality Smart Pet and Smart Kids Products which are ranged and sold in Australia and New Zealand's premium retailers including JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, Telstra, Pet Circle, Harvey Norman and many others. The role is based at our head office in Glynde, Adelaide.

About the Role
The duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:
· Supporting the sales team with administrative, systems and operational tasks
· Support to the warehouse team with day-to-day operational tasks when required
· Provide responsive and professional customer support, handling enquiries, orders, and issue resolution with a commitment to customer satisfaction
· Supporting internal business systems, software, and applications
· Responsible for the inspection, testing and processing of products for quality assurance and repair as appropriate.
