About The Role
ARRCS is actively seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in ARRCS - Alice Springs, this role involves developing content and delivering education to our clinical teams across ARRCS facilities within Central Australia, with support to the Top End as needed. The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 gross, depending on experience.
This role is ideally suited for a registered nurse seeking to advance their career by providing education and mentoring to current RNs across our facilities. A passion for ensuring a skilled workforce and the ability to work independently are essential. The role requires regular travel to remote locations within the NT, sometimes involving travel by 4WD and single-engine aircraft.

Skills & Experience
* Bachelor of Nursing and current unrestricted AHPRA registration
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred but not essential)
* Experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach, with ability to use contemporary education methods
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment
* Ability to deliver and evaluate education activities tailored to individual learning needs using adult learning principles
* Knowledge of nursing scope of practice, delegation, and supervision
* Current unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the NT, including long-distance driving and overnight stays
