The Role
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate with between 2-5 years\' PQE to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and highly respected Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team based in Melbourne. You'll work alongside experienced litigators and insolvency specialists, supporting a broad and diverse client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners.
You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team that values initiative, commercial acumen, and a genuine interest in dispute resolution and insolvency law. Who We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will bring between 2–5 years of post-admission experience gained within reputable commercial litigation and insolvency practices. You'll have a solid foundation in managing complex matters with a degree of autonomy, while still welcoming guidance and collaboration with senior lawyers.
We're looking for someone who is eager to grow with a genuine interest in taking on increasing responsibility over time. You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas, support the team's strategic goals, and deepen your understanding of the commercial landscape.
