What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day office operations (emails, calls, correspondence)
- Keeping records, databases, and filing systems up to date
- Assisting with payroll, invoicing, and accounts
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Supporting WHS and compliance documentation
- Taking care of general admin and ad-hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Office Manager
- Construction Industry Background
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office + accounting software (Xero, MYOB or similar)
- Great communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and manage priorities
