We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to the maintenance department
* Handling phone and walk-in inquiries
* Managing timesheets, contractor reports, payroll queries, invoicing, and accounts payable
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced industrial environment
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Experience with Great Plains, SAP, MEX, or Visual Dispatch is desirable
The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry, literacy, and organisational skills. They will also have excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure, and in a team environment.
