Assistant Store Manager – Macquarie
Salary: $66k annually plus super, bonuses, and commission. Full time.
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day operations at a popular retail location in Macquarie.
This renowned Australian brand, known for its high quality basics and wardrobe staples, is looking for a passionate leader to help drive sales, support the team, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do:
* Assist in leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
* Support day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock management, and visual merchandising.
* Help drive store performance by working towards KPIs such as sales, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT).
* Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with the brand's standards.
* Assist in implementing sales strategies to maximise store performance and customer satisfaction.
* Manage inventory, deliveries, and stock replenishment to ensure smooth operations.
* Support the Store Manager with administrative duties, including reporting and compliance with company policies.
* Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.
