About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist / Spa Manager to join our dynamic team at Aesthete Sunshine Coast, a leading cosmetic MediSpa located in Maroochydore, Queensland. This full-time position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and enhancing the overall patient experience.
What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional customer service to our patients, managing all front-of-house and administrative duties
* Handling patient bookings, enquiries and scheduling appointments
* Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
* Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies
* Supporting the Clinic Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MediSpa
* Contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the clinic
* Fostering a positive and professional work environment for both patients and staff
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar medical/spa reception or administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite
* Knowledge of the cosmetic and medical aesthetics industry, or a willingness to learn
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative when required
* A passion for providing high-quality customer service and contributing to the success of the clinic
