About the Job
* Provide reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services
* Serve as a knowledgeable resource on local attractions, events, and points of interest
* Act as a liaison between guests and other departments
* Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports
About You
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus
* Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
