What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality management
- Proven success in managing high-volume operations
- RSA certification (essential) and familiarity with TAB operations
- Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A hands‑on, energetic approach with a commitment to excellence
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Business or Commerce (advantageous but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence, managing labour and COGS to achieve target results
- Lead, train and mentor your team to deliver a "patron‑first" culture
- Maintain compliance with liquor licensing and TAB operational standards
- Manage venue performance including financial reporting, local area marketing and event execution
- Ensure all venue systems and procedures are implemented to a high standard
- Oversee venue safety, cleanliness and presentation
