We're looking for aconfident and driven Senior Project Manager who thrives on taking ownership, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering complex projects to a high standard. You'll bring a proactive mindset, commercial awareness, and a passion for excellence in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of major projects, ensuring outcomes align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets
* Prepare and manage procurement documentation and processes, including Head Contractor and Managing Contractor engagements
* Develop and coordinate Public Works Committee (PWC) documentation
* Oversee design management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams
* Drive extensive stakeholder engagement, including government, clients, consultants, and contractors
* Manage and prioritise multiple concurrent project commitments in a fast-paced environment
* Lead, chair, and document client meetings, workshops, and key project discussions
* Provide strategic project leadership, mentoring and guiding junior team members
* Support business development activities and contribute to winning new work
* Deliver high-quality commission/programme management services
* Strong leadership capability with experience leading and developing high-performing teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Primavera experience highly regarded
* Exceptional report writing, documentation, and bid preparation skills
* Ability to operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes
Qualifications
* Baseline Security Clearance (minimum) – essential
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field:
o Construction Management
o Project Management
o Engineering
o Architecture
o Cost Management
o or equivalent industry experience
* 5+ years' project management experience, ideally within a client-side or consulting environment
