The ASICS Retail Team is growing! We're on the hunt for a passionate Part Time Retail Assistant to join our Marsden Park team. Here's what we'd love to see from you:
* Previous retail sales experience in a similar customer facing role
* The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Previous sales experience with the ability to educate our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
* An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
* A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential – more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand!
* Flexible availability to cater to a permanent part time set roster

Required Qualifications
* Proven retail sales experience in a customer-facing role
* Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience with multi-tasking and prioritisation
* Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
* Reliable and punctual with flexible availability for permanent part-time roster
* Active interest in physical health and wellbeing
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working with footwear or sporting goods retail
* Experience with point of sale (POS) systems and stock management
* Visual merchandising or product display experience
* Demonstrated ability to educate customers about product features and benefits
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution experience
* Self-starter mentality with proven initiative in previous roles
* Knowledge of or passion for the ASICS brand and values
