HOPE Support Services is an accredited charitable organisation seeking employees who align with our company values: Progressive, Collaborative, Compassionate, Dedicated, and Inspired. We want individuals who enjoy being 'hands on' when helping people and strive to achieve positive outcomes.
HOPE Support Youth Workers work with young people in residential placements and within the community. We support young people from diverse backgrounds and ages, and are experienced in dealing with complex to extreme behaviours.
At HOPE Support Services, we recognize that people want autonomy in their roles, while being empowered with the right supports and tools to perform their tasks. We have created an environment that allows this for our staff and engage individuals who see this as a lifestyle choice, not just a job.

1. Work a variety of shifts - weekday, afternoon, weekend hours, or sleepovers

6. Prepare reports following policy and legislative requirements, using online tools and verbal reporting as needed
7. Link young people with appropriate networks and services
8. Attend necessary training
9. Implement principles and strategies to role model, mentor, and teach young people essential life skills
