About the Role

The Assistant Branch Manager is a key figure in our organization, responsible for fostering a positive and safe work environment that delivers exceptional customer service.

* This includes supervising and coaching branch team members to meet Kennards Hire standards, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed in their roles.
* Key tasks include taking charge of daily operations, stepping up as a leader when the Branch Manager is unavailable, handling front desk operations, overseeing branch administration, supervising equipment maintenance, and ensuring smooth opening and closing of the branch.
* To excel in this role, you will need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
