Enterprise Data & AI Solutions Business Analyst
Join Macquarie Group as a Business Analyst and apply your expertise to enterprise projects in data management, risk, and AI.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes, driving initiatives to enhance data frameworks, establish risk and governance metrics, and implement AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
Gather and synthesise requirements from diverse groups, ensuring compliance and regulatory considerations.
Translate business needs into actionable specifications for project delivery.
Support project delivery, liaising with testing and operations teams.
Contribute to ongoing improvement and foster a positive team culture.
What you bring:
4+ years' experience in business analysis for enterprise projects, ideally within data management, risk, or AI.
Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex situations.
Adaptable approach to applying business analysis techniques across diverse project environments.
Experience working in global and regulated settings, with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, simplifying technical information and fostering productive collaboration across teams.
