MMBL is seeking a BI Engineer to work on enterprise and self‐service BI initiatives using Oracle Analytics Cloud Server (OACS) and other tools like Power BI and Tableau. The ideal candidate understands semantic layer creation, metric standardization, and end‐user enablement across multiple business domains.
Job Responsibilities
* Design and manage semantic models using Oracle 19c for BI/Analytics.
* Enable Self‐Service BI with reusable data models, governed access, and certified KPIs.
* Build interactive dashboards and visualisations in enterprise reporting tools, Power BI, and Tableau as needed.
* Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure curated data availability.
* Educate business teams on best practices for dashboard development, interpretation, and decision‐making.
Job Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering, ad‐hoc requirements, dashboard development or related fields.
* Key Skills
o Hands‐on with Oracle Analytics Cloud Server, Power BI, or Tableau.
o Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling, semantic layer design, and governed data sharing.
o Experience with building enterprise dashboards and self‐service templates.
o SQL fluency for Oracle 19c and ability to optimise queries.
o Experience implementing data access controls and role‐based security.
