**Job Title:** Senior Accounts Payable Officer
Overview
* The Finance Team is located in Adelaide and we are seeking an experienced candidate to assist with administrative and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of supplier payments and expense claims
* Reconcile AP ledgers, such as supplier statements, GRNI, and clearing accounts
* Systems maintenance to ensure accuracy of records and database integrity
* Financial administrative and general clerical support duties as required
About the Role:
This position requires a high level of data entry speed and accuracy. The successful applicant will have a minimum Certificate IV in Account, Finance or related field and 2-5 years experience in Accounts Payable, including supervisory experience. They will be proficient in business-related mathematical principles and practices and have a sound level of computer literacy.
