Salary range $76,515-$86,515. Key Responsibilities Assist in formulating and implementing budgetary and accounting policies to support organisational goals. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management, board members, statutory bodies, and shareholders. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with statutory and regulatory standards. Provide expert advice on financial and taxation matters relating to business structures and growth strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and brokers to manage funds and investments. Introduce and maintain effective internal accounting systems, including the application of accounting software. Maintain robust internal control systems to ensure financial integrity and transparency. Conduct financial investigations and reports relating to audits, mergers, capital financing, taxation, suspected fraud, and overall business performance. Assess financial risks and manage cash flow for capital investment and development projects. Prepare and submit company taxation returns; liaise with regulatory authorities as required. Evaluate and monitor operating costs, income, and expenditure to enhance financial efficiency. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar financial or accounting role Proficient in financial reporting, auditing practices, and accounting software. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
