Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator Location: Banksmeadow NSW The Company Our clients is one of Australia's most successful and innovative distributors of premium quality herbal, vitamin and mineral, and probiotics supplements. Based in Banksmeadow, NSW, we supply products across domestic and international markets. The Role Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this role plays a key part in managing end-to-end supply chain operations across domestic and international channels. The position requires strong ownership of logistics execution, system accuracy, supplier coordination, and cross-functional alignment to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. You will act as a key interface between Sales, Finance, Warehouse, 3PL partners, and overseas suppliers, driving DIFOT performance and supporting continuous operational improvements. Responsibilities Order Fulfilment & Retail Account Management Take ownership of daily order management for key retail accounts including Coles and Chemist Warehouse, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with retailer requirements, and on-time dispatch. Drive DIFOT performance through proactive coordination with warehouse and 3PL partners. Monitor order trends, identify potential supply risks, and escalate issues before service levels are impacted. Support resolution of sales complaints, order discrepancies, and customer-related logistics issues in a timely and professional manner. Domestic & International Logistics Management Manage domestic transport bookings and optimise freight arrangements to improve cost and service efficiency. Coordinate international export shipments, including preparation and verification of all required export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.). Oversee inbound logistics of raw materials via sea and air freight, ensuring smooth customs clearance and timely delivery. Maintain strong working relationships with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure competitive rates and reliable service performance. ERP & Supply Chain Systems Control Take ownership of ERP transaction accuracy, including Purchase Orders, Work Orders, goods receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments. Ensure integrity of item master data, supplier records, lead times, and inventory parameters. Supplier Management & Documentation Control Monitor supplier performance against agreed lead times and service expectations. Ensure timely follow-up of shipment documents and compliance documentation for imports and exports. Compliance & Cross-Functional Support Assist in domestic product registration filings and preparation of regulatory documentation. Support cross-functional initiatives relating to supply planning, inventory optimisation, and operational improvements. Customer Service & Returns Management Handle customer calls and enquiries relating to delivery status, freight issues, and returns. Coordinate return requests, investigate claims, and liaise with warehouse/3PL partners to ensure timely resolution. Support the Sales team with order processing, including CW and Coles order handling, amendments, and dispatch coordination.
