Front Desk Administrator/Client Service Officer
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Front Desk Administrator/Client Service Officer to join our team at Brisbane Veterinary Specialist Centre.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for greeting and supporting them with empathy and professionalism. This includes managing phone enquiries, appointment bookings, and message-taking with efficiency and warmth.
You will also maintain clear and effective communication between clients and veterinary teams, process invoicing, insurance claims, and payment follow-ups, and ensure accurate and timely data entry using EzyVet software.
Additionally, you will promote and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front-of-house area, and uphold ethical standards, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and support clients with empathy and professionalism
* Manage phone enquiries, appointment bookings, and message-taking with efficiency and warmth
* Maintain clear and effective communication between clients and veterinary teams
* Process invoicing, insurance claims, and payment follow-ups
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry using EzyVet software

* Uphold ethical standards, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone with a minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing reception or administrative role. You should have excellent communication and people skills, ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment, strong computer literacy, and previous experience in veterinary or human healthcare is highly desirable.
